RULES (ENTRY FORM IS BELOW)

1. Only 2 beer styles may be submitted per brewer on the entry form below for the VIP tasting/judging
2. You may brew and serve as many beer styles as you like for the public tasting/judging
3. Entries must be 5 gallons per brew
4. For VIP beers, styles must be between 4% and 11%
5. For VIP beers, you may not include sours, wilds or bacteria.  
6. For VIP beers, Kettle sours will be permitted, bacteria used has to be re-creatable for under $100 for a 3bbl pitch
7. All beers have to be able to be finished in one month
8. The North Hills Homebrew Fest will provide tables, chairs, and tasting glasses
9. You need to provide a system to dispense your brew, a tub or container to hold your keg or bottles, and the ice
10. Upon arrival please provide a growler of your beer for blind tasting
11. Please contact Nhhbrewfest@gmail.com if: A) any problems with your brew, B) if it will not arrive to the tasting/competition
12. Brewers must wait until 6:00 PM to start pouring for General Admission
13. Only serve to people wearing green wristbands
14. No need to fill tasting glasses completely full - plenty of beer to be sampled
15. If you need any help with someone that seems intoxicated, ask an event representative for help. Security will be available
16. Brewers may not pour and consume their own beer at the same time
17. Voting will be done by VIP attendees and Penn Brewery, and the public
18. Winning beer from the VIP blind tasting will be brewed at Penn brewery
19. Runner up prizes will also be given
20. Public tasting event prizes will also be awarded
